The research paper, titled “AI-Enabled HR Analytics and Well-Being of Employees: An Evidence from Islamic Banking Sector,” has been published in the Center for Management Science Research (CMSR) Journal. This study explores the integration of artificial intelligence in human resource analytics and its impact on employee well-being within the Islamic banking industry, a timely and significant contribution to both academic and professional discourse.
