Engineer Khadimullah, District Coordinator of SRSP/PATRIP
Project, called on the Vice Chancellor of the University of Chitral, Prof. Dr.
Hazir Ullah, in his office. During the meeting, various areas of mutual
collaboration were discussed, including the promotion of agriculture research,
community engagement, and support for academic initiatives.
Following the meeting, the Vice Chancellor, along with
Engineer Khadimullah, paid a visit to the Agriculture Research Station,
Chitral. He was accompanied by Dr. Sanaullah, Head of the Department of
Sociology, and Dr. Nadeem Hassan, Head of the Department of Urdu.
Upon arrival, the delegation was warmly received by Dr.
Nasir, Director of the Agriculture Research Station. During the visit, the Vice
Chancellor was given a detailed briefing on the newly constructed Digital
Research Lab, established with the support of SRSP under the PATRIP
Project. The Director of the Agriculture Research Station and Engineer
Khadimullah jointly highlighted the lab’s potential to enhance research
capabilities and foster academic partnerships.
The Honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. Hazir Ullah appreciated
the efforts of the Agriculture Research Station in promoting innovation and
sustainable practices for the betterment of the region.
Dr. Nasir assured
the University of Chitral of his full cooperation and support in agriculture
research areas.
