The Department of
Botany at the University of Chitral organized a one-day workshop titled “Free
Coursera License” on June 19, 2025.
This workshop was held
under the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Hazir Ullah, the Vice Chancellor of
the University of Chitral, who is dedicated to improving the university's
global ranking. The purpose of the workshop was to explain the benefits and
usage of the Coursera License to students.
Dr. Muhammad Romman,
the Head of the Department of Botany, expressed his appreciation for the
efforts of Mr. Hafiz Ullah, the focal person for the event. The event was
organized by Mrs. Uzma Sher and Ms. Rizwana Bilqees, and it was attended by all
students and faculty members of the department.
Dr. Nizamuddin, the
Additional Director of Academics at the University of Chitral, served as the
resource person. He addressed the audience and emphasized the benefits of
obtaining the Coursera License. The workshop concluded with an engaging
question-and-answer session involving both students and faculty members.
